

Returns/Exchange
Policy
Simply obtain
an Authorization Number from Boots99
<returns@boots99.com>
via email. Send us a request with your original order number and
detail of what you desire (return or exchange). We will reply with all the
necessary instructions and authorization numbers.
Send returns in the original packaging via UPS or FedEx Ground service, or
via insured U.S. Mail service. UPS or FedEx is preferable, as the
shipment will have a tracking number. Returns lacking an Authorization
Number will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer's
expense. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
All returns/exchange requests must be submitted within 10 days of
receipt of the merchandise. Products must not show ANY evidence of wear
(try them on inside on carpet) and the original tags must still be
attached. If any boot ordered from us doesn't fit, the customer may return
it for a different size one time and only be out the additional shipping.
All other order cancellations and returns are subject to a restocking fee
of 15%. We will do everything we can to make your shopping experience a
